Hi, I’m Di..
Having just left my corporate job, I’m enjoying spending my week coaching, creating artwork, dog sitting/walking and enjoying time with my family.
I’m a mum, step-mum, wife, coach, artist (it took me a while to feel confident to say that!) and a creative, making bespoke handmade moon and abundance paper.
I like to have choice and flexibility in my life and create time to spend in nature, adapting with the seasons and flow of the year and my life.
My Journey
For years I worked my way up through the ranks in my corporate career, alongside juggling motherhood and a blended family home life. I found myself ignoring all the signs of stress or ‘burn out’ such as developing anxiety and tinnitus, until (according to my doctor) my body/mind stopped giving me signs and I became ‘debilitated’. In reality this meant I didn’t know how to make a sandwich, I couldn’t walk 100 metres down the road, it was scary and a big wake up call. There was no option, I had to take a couple of months off work to rest and recover, at that time with the aid of medication.
I’m happy to say I recovered from all apart from the tinnitus (which I have to this day, although it can be significantly low level for longer periods of time now). However, fast forward a few years and I suffered with anxiety and my tinnitus impacted every part of my life and I had to take another break. That’s when I finally took a cold, hard look at my life and realised I hadn’t changed anything once I returned to work. I was expecting a different result from the same input and we all know what Einstein said about that! I did a lot of self development, realising the importance of boundaries and recognising the need to change my work life balance and re-discover myself.
It was at this point that I felt a calling for more, a different way to live in balance, doing more of what brings me joy.
And now…
Rediscovering my creative talents and taking time to understand my beliefs and values led me to coaching and NLP. This shift ignited a passion for helping others find their own paths and achieve their goals. I believe in the beauty of personal growth and the importance of aligning our goals with our true selves.
The outcome was that I reduced my hours in my corporate role, giving me time to be out in nature, fueling my soul and inspiring my artwork. I’ve completed my ICF coaching qualification and become an NLP Master Practioner, creating Di Milne Coaching so that I can work in partnership with wonderful individuals like you, that feel the pull to discover, rise and achieve in your own unique way. This November (2025) I have left my corporate job and feel so excited to be able to expand further whilst living in a way that feels true to me.
My approach to coaching is rooted in authenticity, empathy, and creativity. I value open communication and believe in building strong partnerships with my clients. By fostering a safe space, I encourage exploration and self-discovery. Together, let’s embrace your journey and unlock the incredible potential that lies within you!
